DotWĀV is a single frequency generator. Listen to these pure tones during sleep, study, or stillness.
ABOUT TONE ACCURACY
Every tone from DotWĀV is generated live by your device, at the exact frequency shown, not recorded or compressed. Many so-called 432 Hz or 528 Hz videos online are re-encoded through lossy audio formats, which can shift the actual pitch without anyone noticing. DotWĀV has no such step between the number and the sound. Enjoy our perfect Waves!
ABOUT THE FREQUENCIES
The nine solfeggio tones derive from a six-note scale attributed to medieval sacred music, extended in the 20th century. Each carries a traditional association:
174 Hz → said to ease pain and bring a sense of physical safety
285 Hz → said to support tissue healing and bodily restoration
396 Hz → said to release guilt and fear · grounding
417 Hz → said to clear negativity and facilitate change
432 Hz → an alternative concert pitch (Verdi’s tuning) · said to feel warmer and more natural than standard 440 Hz
528 Hz → the “love frequency” · said to support transformation and repair
639 Hz → said to harmonize relationships and connection
741 Hz → said to support expression, intuition, and problem-solving
852 Hz → said to awaken inner strength and spiritual order
963 Hz → said to connect with higher consciousness · “the frequency of oneness”
The angelic frequencies are a newer, parallel tradition: repeating triple-digit tones used in alternative sound healing. People believe these pure tones align with spiritual guidance, improve mood, and aid meditation, each number tied to its own spiritual meaning:
111 Hz → said to signal fresh starts and spiritual awakening
222 Hz → said to promote inner peace, balance, and harmony
333 Hz → said to connect with divine energy · protection and clarity
444 Hz → said to bring stability and physical healing
555 Hz → said to aid personal growth and positive life changes
777 Hz → said to attract good luck and spiritual wisdom
888 Hz → associated with financial wealth and abundance
999 Hz → linked to spiritual completion and a deep connection to higher purpose
ABOUT THE MODES
DotWĀV can generate three kinds of frequencies: Pure Tones, Binaural Beats, and Isochronic Tones.
Pure tone → A single sine wave, identical in both ears. The simplest form—use it when the frequency itself is the point: toning, tuning-fork-style sessions, or as a quiet layer beneath music.Binaural → Two slightly different frequencies, one per ear. Your brain perceives the difference as a slow pulse—a beat that exists nowhere in the audio, only in your head. Headphones required. Use for personal listening: sleep, meditation, focused work.Isochronic → One tone, pulsed on and off at a steady rate. The rhythm is in the signal itself, so it works on any speaker—suited to room playback, TV, and shared spaces.
ABOUT THE PULSE RATES
Pulse rates are named for the brainwave bands they mirror.
DELTA
0.5–4 Hz deep sleep
THETA
4–8 Hz meditation
ALPHA
8–13 Hz calm focus
BETA
13–30 Hz alertness
Delta · 0.5–4 Hz → deep, dreamless sleep
Theta · 4–8 Hz → meditation, drowsiness, hypnagogic states
Alpha · 8–13 Hz → calm, relaxed attention
Beta · 13–30 Hz → alertness and active focus
Gamma · 30–100 Hz → attention and cognition—the band 40 Hz research targets
The premise of brainwave entrainment is that a steady external rhythm invites brain activity toward the same tempo.
ABOUT THE EVIDENCE
These associations come from tradition and practice, not clinical proof. Research on brainwave entrainment shows mixed results; research on solfeggio frequencies is thin. What is well established: slow, steady, low-stimulation sound reliably supports relaxation and sleep. Use what works for you. This is an instrument, not a treatment.
