DotWĀV is for entertainment and relaxation only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care.
Before you listen
Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or any condition that may be affected by audio stimulation, consult a physician before use.
If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or unease while listening, stop and take a break.
LISTENING SAFELY
Start at a low volume and raise it only as far as comfortable—these are steady, continuous tones, and moderate volume is all they need.
For long or overnight sessions, keep headphone volume conservative; sustained loud listening can damage hearing with any audio, not just tones.
Binaural mode requires headphones to work, but it does not require loudness—the perceived beat is present even at low volume.
HOW PEOPLE USE DOTWĀV
Quiet, steady, low-stimulation sound as a backdrop for sleep, study, meditation, or stillness. That well-established use—not any medical claim—is what DotWĀV is built for.
Some people export a 5-minute WAV and let a music player do the rest—loading it into iTunes or another player, turning on Repeat One, and letting it loop for as long as they like. Others chain a few exports into a playlist that shifts gradually from one state to another—delta into theta for settling into sleep, or alpha into beta for easing into a wake-up. No app open, no screen on, just the tones.
